Right, how do I make a purchase?
When you see an item you want, just click "Add to Cart" - your chosen item will be added to your shopping cart, with a little piccy to remind you what it is!  You can then either select "Continue Shopping" or go to "Checkout".  If you change your mind about an item at any time prior to Checkout, simply change the quantity within the cart to "0", and click "Update" to remove the item. Postage costs will be displayed prior to final checkout - you can choose to cancel your order even at this stage, or continue to place your order Just follow the 3 Steps in big letters at the top of the page, until you get to Step 4, "Order Confirmation" - your online order is now complete! An order confirmation will be sent to you by email. It's really easy!

Ok - but how can I pay?  
You will be given several payment options during the Checkout process - Paypal, Cheque/Postal Order (UK only) or Nochex (UK only),. There are no extra or hidden charges for paying by Paypal or Nochex. I can accept cash (GBP sterling or Euros only please), but I would recommend that you send it by registered (insured) post - if you fail to use this method, then any loss of cash in the post would be your responsibility. I live outside the UK - is there any point in me shopping at Lolli Dollies Online? Yes, of course! I ship WORLDWIDE, and have four year's experience of sending goods overseas. Packages are sent by Royal Mail Airmail, but if you would prefer Surface Mail, or a "Signed For" service, just contact me for an idea of the shipping costs. For destinations outside the EU, I always complete a customs form to ease clearance on arrival.  At the moment, the only payment method I can accept from my overseas buyers is Paypal. See my Postage and Payment page for more information on overseas shipping, pricing etc.  

How will my item be posted and when will you send it? 
You will be offered a choice of postal services during the Checkout process, and I aim to post your item by your chosen method within 5 working days of receipt of payment (or from when your cheque has cleared). You will then receive an email to confirm despatch of your item. Please check the full postage and delivery information on the Postage and Payment page. I always use 1st Class Recorded or Special Delivery in the UK so that you and I can both track your package through the postal system.

Arrghh! I need something but don't get paid until the end of the month...  
No problem! Take a look at my deposit scheme - lots of my customers have now used this to save the day, and to bag their longed-for item - I can now reserve items for you for 21 days! Available worldwide to anyone with a Paypal account.

Do you ever have any reduced items at Lolli Dollies Online?
I often have sales throughout the store, and my "£1.00 Pik 'n' Mix" is now a permanent feature! Plus you could have a rummage in my Bargain Basement section - this is where you will find my special offers, and can buy damaged or "tlc" items at super-low prices! **Please be sure to read the description before you buy, as these items are "sold as seen" and cannot therefore be returned for a refund (see Postage and Payment).** 

Do you sell dolls on Ebay?
Yes I do, under the tag name "buysum4lulu" (formerly "notanuvadolly"). Although I tend to sell mostly on Lolli Dollies Online, you will find my "job lots" and "tlc" lots of dolls and clothes on ebay, as well as any dolls of which I am unsure of the value. In this way, the buyer decides - through the auction process - how much they want to pay for an item.

My doll is okay for an outfit, but what about somes shoes?

You haven't got what I want - can you get it for me?
Sorry,  I can't locate specific goods on request but New Arrivals are added frequently. I also take note of which particular searches have been carried out within the store, so that I know what my customers are hunting for and can add it to my stock if and when I do have it. You could also try looking at my Ebay items (tag name "notanuvadolly") - it is here that I would sell any "spares and repairs" or job lots of "tlc" dolls/clothes, for instance. Please note that I no longer offer a mending/restoration service, and that I am unable to supply doll "spares" unless they are actually listed for sale.

How will I know when you have New Arrivals at Lolli Dollies Online?
Check the New Arrivals section regularly as I always try to add new items every few weeks. You could also add your details to my Mailing List - subscribers receive an email as soon as I add new stock, so you will be amongst the first to know. Please note that "Pik 'n' Mix" items do not appear in the New Arrivals section.

Can I contact you with a query about doll care/restoration/identification?
Unfortunately, due to other commitments, I am no longer able to offer this service. However, there are many excellent specialist doll forums on the internet, which are invaluable for seeking other collectors' advice. Books are also a great reference resource - take a look at those I use myself, in my Book Gallery.

How did you set up Lolli Dollies Online - have you any previous experience?
